Testing, One, Two…
We are three mothers. Two of us are physicians, one of us has spent her life in ministry. And we are done acting like faith and truth belong in separate rooms.
Here is the thing we believe, and we think you will feel it too once you hear it: you were made good. On purpose. Made for something worth living out loud — not quietly, not apologetically, but beautifully.
Each episode, we bring three voices to the table — medical, developmental, and spiritual — and we do not let any one of them carry the whole conversation alone. That is on purpose. The body is not just a science topic, and it is not just a theology topic. It is both, held together, and kids can tell when adults are only willing to talk about half of it.
Everything we do is framed around the good, the true, and the beautiful. We dig into Scripture, into real science, and into the questions your kids are actually going to ask — the ones that show up in the car, at bedtime, or completely out of nowhere at a large family dinner. We hand you language you can actually use, no theology degree and no perfect parenting required. This is for parents raising kids they love fiercely, and for couples building a marriage that lasts.
Wherever you are starting from — lifelong Catholic, newly curious, or just trying to figure out what to say to your own kids — pull up a chair. You are welcome at this table.

Introducing the BAT Girls
Three Voices, One Conversation
A Pediatrician who converted. An OB/GYN who woke up. A cradle Catholic in ministry.
Put us in a room and give us a mic… you never know what can sprout!
The Good
Tuzdy Currlin, MD
Pediatrician · Co-founder
Tuzdy brings a contemplative, reflective voice rooted in Scripture and the tradition of the Catholic Church. As a pediatrician and mother of four, she has spent years watching children grow — in her clinic, on playgrounds, at church, and around her own kitchen table — and has become deeply convinced that every person longs to know who they are and what they were made for.

The True
Denise Montagnino, DO, MPH
Obstetrician/Gynecologist · Co-founder
Denise's voice brings the blunt, no-nonsense honesty of an OB/GYN who has spent years in the exam and delivery room for the most vulnerable, sacred moments of a woman's life. She's heard it all — the fear behind the fertility questions, the grief behind the miscarriages, the shame women carry when nobody ever told them the truth about how they're made — and she has zero patience for pretending it's just biology.

The Beautiful
Kirsten King, BA, MSW
Fundraising & Communications Director · Co-founder
Kirsten's voice brings an authentic, raw, and sometimes delightfully unfiltered perspective on faith, sexuality, marriage and family life. As a mother of four and a motherless daughter herself from a young age, she brings a unique perspective to the joys, wounds, questions, and unexpected grace that shape a family. She's comfortable being uncomfortable and says the things that we are all thinking but might not have the courage to say.
